Cancellation Policy
Change Policy:
Any change in order is possible only before if it has been processed.Our orders are usually processed at 9:00 AM on the following working day.
If the order has not been processed then you can change the order quantity or remove specific item(s) from your order, by sending us a detailed email. Please mention your Transaction Id (5 Digit Order Reference Number) clearly in the subject line.
To increase the order quantity, you will be required to place a new order.
Cancellation Policy:

No order will be cancelled once the order has been processed.
Kindly send us an email giving details of cancellation, clearly mentioning your Transaction Id (5-digit Order Reference Number)
Please call Customer Care for any assistance from Monday to Saturday between 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
This facility is only for goods bought from us. Return of any defective / damage item should be done within 24 hours from the date of the receipt of the shipment and couriered to our office.
In case we are unable to meet the requirement of the order placed, we will cancel the order and initiate the refund process. It will take 3 to 21 working days for the amount to be refunded depending upon the bank/institution refund policies!
However, we will make all efforts to acquire the book and cancel only if we are unable to do so. During the interim period, you shall be informed daily about the progress of our efforts. At any stage you can ask us to cancel the order.

Other Information:
Each order will be shipped to a single destination address. If you would like to ship books to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
Books with different packaging requirements or availability may need to be shipped separately.
Orders could get delayed because of forces/reasons not under our control like fire, arson, riots, earthquake, floods etc.

Return/Refund Policy:
At kavyavidhi.com you can shop with confidence and security. Items that are damaged or defective or do not match the ordered item will be refunded or exchanged where proof of purchase is provided. Please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package, within 24 hours of accepting the package. Please send an email requesting for return along with the reason. As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount as per your choice. In your return email please advise us whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

In case the order is cancelled by the customer before processing,for reasons other than the Items that are damaged or defective or do not match the order and are accompanied by proof of purchase, a refund charge of minimum Rupees Ten only (10.00 only) to a max of 2%, which ever is higher, would be deducted from the refund amount.
